I am sure you noticed the new look to your Home Buyer Center! In addition to sprucing up the “look” we have also added a few new features.
On the top tool bar we added several important links:

<li><strong>Schedule Appt/Call</strong> – This link will take you to our new Online Scheduling Software. You can use this to set up a 15 minute phone call with Deborah, or to set up a Tour of Homes, or an Initial Buyer Consultation or Seller Consultation.</li>
<li><strong>Home Buyer Workshop</strong> – Takes you to our monthly workshop schedule and sign-up page where you can see the schedule for 2008 (and soon 2009) and sign up for a class. You can also sign up anyone you would like to send to the class from this link.</li>
<li><strong>Refer a Friend</strong> – The next time you are in a conversation with someone and they mention they would like to buy a home, take out your cell phone, look up our number and call us immediately. This page gives you more information on
how to introduce us to someone.</li>
<li><strong>Tour a Home</strong> – This page has all of the information you need to set up an appointment to see inside a home or come to town.</li>
<li><strong>Loan App</strong> – This page will take you to the Easy Pre-approval form – a short form to fill out to help you get started on the financing process.</li>
